Why can't I find someone that can do a surface tongue piercing?

I want a surface piercing on my tongue and I cant find anyone that knows how to do it or that even knows what it is. Does anyone know of someone around the Stockton CA area that might know how to do this?

go to bmezine.com and do some research for the area.....or call around-LOOK AT THE PORTFOLIO before you let someone do this.

it can be done, my mentor did this on his ex-apprentice
