Being beautiful and charismatic and gorgeous and having personality and charm.
But beautiful is the most important in a beauty contest i think.
I also think that you shouldn't admire a person necesarilly for the way they look...thats not really fair judgment.

Look confident. Smile to the judges. Hold your head up. Stand up straight. Look straight and pretend you are in front of a mirror.

confidence in yourself.... while applying makeup always have a positive attitude that you look good and it will. dont go overboard with you makeup. choose a long dress elegant simple... no crazy colors. good luck!
