I'm visiting Sliema in Malta in mid march so looking for your top 5 things to do/places to see.
Also are there any good trance/techno music clubs or rock music clubs/pubs close to or in Sliema for when I want a dance

I'm a Maltese citizen. If you want to visit places of interest such as museums, bastions and other historical places, I suggest you go to Mdina, Vittoriosa (Birgu), Valletta.

For restaurants you can either go to the Valletta Waterfront (pretty nice bars and restaurants, romantic places too).

In Sliema there are many pubs which are nice but there aren't any clubs. If you want to go to a particular club you should go to Paceville. There you can find any type of club and disco you want too. There are trance/techno clubs, there are rock clubs, RNB clubs and many more.

I suggest you don't bring too much winter clothes cause usually in March we will start wearing summer clothes because the weather will be a bit hot as well and here the weather has already changed to spring weather. Many people start to have a swim in March too and if you like swimming I suggest you go to Ghadira Bay, Armier Bay, Pretty Bay in Birzebbuga, Splash and Fun in Bahar ic-Caghaq.

If you want to visit places in the nature you can always go to Buskett, Ahrax tal-Mellieha, Kennedy Grove.

Hope this helps and Have a nice trip and holiday here in Malta.
