Do you know what season this X files episode was in?

It was the one where this little boy kept getting chased around by this man with no feet. He would ride in like this rolly thing..........I don't know why. I was kind of half-way asleep when I watched it. But it kinda creeped me out.

Yeah that was Badlaa. It was pretty creepy cause the little Indian man would roll around on his cart and just stare at people. And then he would disappear from view but he would actually still be there. And he could climb and hide inside people, and could also appear to be someone else.
