first of all, don't listen to the jacka** that called you stupid. it's normal to question your feelings before you get married, i know i did. ask yourself this: if he left me today, could i live without him? if your answer is no, then you love him. but if your answer is yes, it doesn't mean you don't love him, but that you may need to talk to your fiance about your fears. never be afraid to discuss things, it's a bad way to start a marriage. good luck!

To convince yourself one way or the other, try to look objectively at your relationship. Love has many aspects (nurturing, intimacy, companionship, chemistry, trust, respect, acceptance, shared interests, shared values).

Consider those aspects, one by one, in your relationship. You'll likely see that some areas are great, others not so. Now turn it around: how would he rate *you* on those factors? Even better, get him to do it himself.

Finally, talk over with him what you learned from this exercise. If you really love each other it'll be easy -- if not, that tells you a lot.

Thing is, everyone's a package. You ain't gonna find someone who gets 10 out of 10 on all factors -- not even counting how he'll have off days, just like you. So in the end it's about you. It takes a strong person to stay with the growing that love demands.

Getting married is what you feel.To care for the other,as there is no one else, trust with out thought, care in every way. going out of your way to help, does the other act & fell the same way.The list is long .It takes yrs for love to grow not over night. So take your time .or you will be on this site like hundreds of others that made a mistake.

If you're stupid enough to have to actually ask that question then you definitely do not need to be getting married.

If you're asking this question, you don't love him. Otherwise, by the thickness of his wallet. (That was a joke...)

Don't spend your life with someone you can live with. Spend it with someone you can't live without. Good Luck
