I don't know how to shame a fox, but you might try to confuse them. First exchange your white chickens for Rhode Island Reds. Then pluck all the feathers off of their necks. They will look like midget vultures and the foxes will loose their appetites.

ha ha ha, I dont think foxes have the capability of feeling guilt. So long as you keep feeding them easy prey, they will continue eating your chickens. I'd keep your chickens in a cage to prevent them from being eaten. I know how you feel though, I had my show bantams mauled by two of the neighbours dogs.

foxes always searching for easy ways to get prey!it seems that your chickens are easy to find and kill.
so you could :-
1.buy a large gaud dog.
2. keep your chickens in really stong, high coop.
3.build a high wall around you house.

Are we talking about Redd Foxx or Vivica Fox? Tell them to buy their own poultry. Since Redd Foxx has been dead for some years, you may want to adopt his diet. It seems to be working for him.

you should dress another fox as a chicken and see if they eat it... then you make them realize that they just ate their own kind...
