If i am coach of Indian cricket team
I will suspend present team ask for a one year leave for India from International cricket
i will explore talent from grass root level, make a buch of really talented players.
then i will train them Polish them make them physically and mentaly(physcologicaly) 100 % fit
then i will arrange few local practise tournaments after that i will participate in few Tri nation cups and invite/vist good teams like Australia ,South africa for series after that
my dream team will be ready for all the challenges
