I've used the nuvaring as my birthcontrol for the last 3 years and i absolutely love it!!! I have no side effects from it, I don't have to worry about taking a pill everyday or worrying if I forgot to take my pill. I would not reccomend it to shy people who don't feel comfortable with theirselves. Because you do have to insert it into your vagina and take it out of your vagina every 3 weeks, and it does sit very high up against your cervix. For me it is my answer to birthcontrol!!! I love it and would highly reccomend it!!!

only bad thing I ever heard about it is that it causes vaginal discharge. you could also use the pill or the patch if you dont like the ring, all the same just a different way to give the same drugs

If your doctor gave it to you then I'd say it's great. I haven't even heard of it, but I try to trust the big guy.

My best friend is pregnant cause hers fell out and she didnt notice cause you cant feel em.
Till then she liked it.
Now... not so much.
