cloud and tifa? or cloud and aeris?
which do you think really exisits or should?

From the stories on both FF7 and on Advent Children, you know that the one Cloud really likes is Aeris. She is the one that changed him. She was the one that made him give a da'm about the world again.
Tifa would have been Cloud's childhood romance. Due to their past, and how Cloud promised to save her if anything happens. However, the adult Cloud is different. He's a bit more sad and cynical, and Tifa wasn't the one that brought him back to his feet.
If you remeber a line used by Tifa in Advent Children, "zuru zuru zuru zuru or drifting drifting", this was how Aeris always referred to Cloud. Even Tifa knows that Aeris is the one that has a big impact on him.
Cloud likes Aeris. Tifa likes Cloud. Cloud liked Tifa. Aeris is dead. Cloud and Tifa is the one that is left.

the exisits is cloud and aeris but i think there both are not suitable together. i think cloud and tifa are like prefect couple

Anyway. The title of the question should be "Final Fantasy VII fans...?"
Okay, back to the question.
I will detail more about their personalities instead of their looks, since even Advent Children is not realistic.
Cloud, he has the personality more of a boy than a man, as a man he isn't exactly quite tough and strong (unlike Zack), so he probably could end up being ordered around by a woman. His personality does exist in real life, though usually in the one who hard to find a woman (a.k.a. a geek). or the one being chained by a woman (think "Desperate Housewives").
However the problem is that, he is now currently a composite of many different personalities.
Aerith have many of the features of a real girl; disobedience, selfish (though autonoumous might be a better world), spoiled (though delicate might be a better world), devilish, playful, playing around with a guy's feelings, and so on. Her chattiness though is a little bit surreal, but not surreal enough to be unreal.
Tifa... Hmmm... She might be a dream girl, that existed in a dream. It will be sure very hard to find a girl as well mannered and submissive, though she might be not what a guy want (did Zack 'the playboy' ignore her?).
Aerith is the most real due her surreal features reflect the reality of a girl.

aierth is dead, but there is more of a connection with cloud and aierth, than with tifa. whatever....
