In Legend Of Zelda, Ocarina Of Time, I need help in the forest temple.?

Question

I'm at the room past the twisted hallway where the hand comes from the ceiling and takes you to the begining of the temple if it catches you, and there's a locked door, I have no keys left and can't get past it, can someone help me out?

did u get the key at the very beining were u fight the wolves? it is up in the tree use the hookshot!
