Not necessarily broken, but definately tested. Without rules there would be chaos, but there are some rules that outlive their purpose, and even some whose purpose wasn't that important in the first place.

NOT!!! even when its for my own good. I cant trust in things or people when they dont act accordingly by the rules. So rule-breakers to the left and everyone else to the right.

Nope, because people need some boundaries to avoid hurting other people, creating chaos, etc. When there are no rules, somebody will always ruin it for everyone else.

I don't agree that they're MEANT to be broken--but if law makers keep making such ridiculous, petty laws--more and more will be broken.
