The actual Amendment reads:
the enumeration of the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

does anyone have any idea what it means?

It Means the Bill of Rights are not the Only Rights we Have as Citizens of this Country.
For Example..Congress cannot say "Ok America, you Have the 10
rights given to you in the Bill of Rights, but thats it!you have no more rights!" We have the right to Vote, the Right to Marry who we want, the right to eat whatever it is we want...i hope this helps to explain it!!

It means that the people have rights that are not specifically stated (enumerated) in the Constitution. So, when claiming a right, it is not valid to counter with "well, it's not listed in the Bill of Rights, so it doesn't exist." It comes out of the Framer's fear that they couldn't possibly list every single right the people have and that by listing some, they may inadvertantly restrict others. This amendment is supposed to guard against that.
Hope that helps.

Here's a link to a page that explains the U.S. Constitution, one article or amendment at a time. Keeps things simple:

It means you have many other rights that are not listed in this Bill.
