I am trying to think of the word to describe someone who does not appreciate arts, music, or whatnot. This is really bugging me, so any help would be appreciated.

The word I'm thinking of is a noun, not an adjective.
If it helps anyone, I remember coming across this word in a Calvin and Hobbes strip, where Calvin was lamenting that nobody liked his snowman art.
