Can you provide details as to what level of research you are considering?

Here are some masters level ideas off the top of my head.
You could do an empirical study on the capital intensity of agriculture and how it relates to productivity.

You could write up a simple general equalibrium model with asymmetric shocks across two industries (agriculture and rest)-- have the firms own capital and look at welfare losses due to various borrowing restrictions.

Undergrad ideas... would depend entirely on what type of background you have. You could do a literature review reading major papers and summerizing results, but I don't know the area well enough to refer you to papers.

There are farmers who refuse to leave their farm for some other skilled job in the city, then we must do something to improve their farming abilities, this needs a lot of deep thinking and a lot of expenditure, they have to engage themselves to learning new ways of farming and applying their old skills in a more refined way, there a lot of research need to be done. Next they must be taught skills related to industry where they can apply themselves, govt. must play a vital role or any private institution can take this responsibility and it should be result oriented or it must be experimented with the few and then the others can follow . It is easy to put everything in theory , practicality must be oriented to reality .
