HHH is among the best ever on his in ring talent alone. Even before he hooked up with Steph. He is charismatic, a damn good athlete, tough as hell, and most importantly, can work either heel or baby, and sell seats both ways. Putting a.ss.es every 18 inches will always be rewarded by the writers, no matter who you are.

Put it this way. If Nick "My Name Is Eugene, and I have a horrible gimmick that people hate" Dinsmore were to be married to Steph, do you think that the writers would put him at the top? Maybe, but it wouldn't last long at all, since Dinsmore CANNOT SELL SEATS!!! Hunter can, and thus is at the top of the card.

just watch a poster named "triple h" is going to see this question and copy and paste Hunter's accomplishments from WWE.com. I should do it for him and beat him to it, hah. And Hunter isn't the best. Hunter got over by burying everyone in his way (Van Dam, Kane, Booker and even though I don't like the guy, what he did to Orton was flat out criminal), even guys like Foley had a hard time carrying him and had to go through hell and back to put him over.
