If someone killed your child or raped your wife or daughter, do you support the idea of letting them go just because the went to another country? Is that justice? If someone is hiding in mexico, are they not accountable for their actions here in the states? Should we just let it go?

Absolutely not, the problem is once they get across some borders there is nothing anyone can do. Most countries have extradition treaties with the U.S. and will help us catch and retrieve the criminal. other countries won't help us for various reasons. On most cases if we know who did it and have proof there are some things we can do to keep the crime "alive" for ever like murder has no statute of limitations so if they ever come back they still have warrants out. There are some people "bounty hunters" that will sneak into other countries and bring them back (for a price) but even Canada will not let us bring them back if they are facing death if convicted. Hope that answered your question

If a criminal act happened in your country like for example when your wife was raped by certain Peter.
their are evidences and witness have seen the incident, but just after the incident, Peter moved to another country to hide. What you will do now is report and file a complaint against Peter for the rape of your wife. After conducting investigation, it was found out that there is prima facie evidence to file the case in Court, so that the court now will issue warrant of arrest for Peter. A law enforcer will have to arrest Peter in his hiding place. and b because Peter is out of your country hiding in another country, the embassy of that country should be informed for the possible arrest of Peter. Then after the arrest, trial will go on until the guilt of Peter shall have been undoubtedly proven. Then penalty will be given to him. This is the justice which you are looking for.

No its not fair, its not justice. If another country wants to protect people like that We should go invade THEM Like we did Iraq... It's pretty much the same thing, right? Except it would be a legitimate reason.. As in.. We would know for sure before we invaded them unlike what we did with Iraq...

This is why we pay bounty hunters big bucks for what they do. There is justice but it is unfortunately at a material $ cost.
