This is not to be taken seriously folks. I'm not stupid. We just thought it would be a fun question to see what people say in response to.

I think your son is quite an artist if he likes to draw things like the Moon!
I want him to know I've done a lot of research on Moon Cheese, and here is a few secrets for him:
When the astronauts went to the moon, they had to bring back samples of all the different cheeses they found. They travelled far, far over to the dark side of the moon in their moonmobile, and they found cheese mining factories! Because deep, deep under the surface of Swiss Cheese, the moon is full of every kind of cheese you can think of!
Now, they saw workers (called Cheeseheads) all over the place, some were packing boxes of cheese for special delivery to Earth, and some were going up and down in the cheese mines, digging cheese as fast as they could!
Rockets and shuttles loaded with cheese were taking off for earth, and empty ones were coming back for more.
There were warehouses with boxes stacked to the ceiling with Gouda, Muenster, Cheddar, Goat, Cream, and Gorgonzola cheeses. There were cases of Brie, Asiago, Parmesean, Limburger, and Head cheese. (Eww, don't ask how they make that). Loads of Provelone, Camembert, Romano, Appenzeller and Dragon's Breath. Tilsit, Caerphilly, Lancashire, White Stilton, Danish Blue, Double Gloucester, Cheshire, Dorset Blue Vinney, Roquefort, Caithness, Japanese Sage Derby, Wensleydale, Greek Feta, Mozzarella, Pipo Crème, Danish Fynbo, Czechoslovakian sheep's milk, and last but not least: Venezuelan Beaver Cheese. Whew!
There were also tubby moon mice who were waddling around everywhere, eating cheese off the floor. (Every once in a blue moon, a moon-mouse is packed in a case of cheese and is shipped by mistake, and that's how mice got to live on Earth).
Now, ask your son if he thinks this is true, or if I might be telling him a windy tale........ ;-)
:D

Many moons ago, when people knew very little about our universe and immediate solar system, it was thought that the moon was made of green cheese! OOOO, YUK, of all kinds of cheese to make a moon out of it had to be green cheese?
If I were around then, I would have chosen an orange cheese like cheddar. Why? Because I think cheddar is beddar!

The moon is not made out of green cheese because that green stuff is mold and you have to scrape it off and the Astronauts didn't get any yucky green stuff on their shoes and and so the cheese on the moon is really pizza cheese and and those round things are not holes, they are just pepperoni because.my friend's Uncle Stoney told me so and I think he came from there because they said he was usually spaced out and had been high all weekend and that yesterday he mooned somebody. What does that mean?.
