I never though of it as a checklist but here goes - I usually sit in the dark watching history channels, do it yourself shows, police and military shows, then I try to go over what I managed to do that day and how could I have made it better. Then I think of what may be some of the challenges I might face the next day. I cry, Then back to thinking of a lost love. Cant help it but i always think of this person whom I walked away from in 1979. Just a stupid moment. I did not know how to say "I LOVE YOU TO". Regret is a difficult thing to live with at times. But life goes on. Then I go over all of the doctors appointments and prioritize my approach to getting help with vocational rehabilitation, Parkinson's and rehabilitation for the truck wreck I was in. I was an unwilling participant when another driver decided he wanted to occupy the same space my truck occupied on the interstate. So at about 85 MPH he rammed me from behind. So I go on. Then I think of my dad who was paralyzed from the shoulders down many years ago. I just spoke to him and managed to cheer him up again. So I smile and say I cant complain. Life goes on.

I don't really have a check list, but I move my laptop into the bedroom, lock all the doors, turn off the lights, brush my teeth, and take a shower.
