My yard is in need of some trees badly. I'm starting a garden and thought that some fruit trees would go well with it, but I'm not sure what kind of fruit trees grow well in Arkansas weather. It's hot and humid most of the time, and the winter weather doesn't last long (in case you need to know this.)

Peaches are the best. Arkansas has some of the best peaches in the world. Apple is another good choice. Stay away from citrus. Go for peach, apple, pear.....and don't forget the berry vines. Also of people is Arkansas have their fruit trees and do a lot of canning.
