How can I connect my TV (RCA connection) to my computer (S-video connection)?

Buy a s video card at wall mart they have it where you can connect the s-video and more important the audio cord thrugh the head phones cause the s vide cable does not cary sound, its 10 bucks and you can hook up tape players and 33 1/3 records and rip mp3's wih them as well, very easy to hook up and no special software.

one way, get a tv tuner card. supposedly, if you are running Vista, you can connect through the x-box 360, not sure how that works yet.
