what is idk mean? does it mean idon't care and i don't know at the same time....... i am 12 going on 13 and i need to know this cuz my friends are buggin me. i want to say this to my mom to mean i don't care without getting in trouble by saying i don't know instead. is idk the way to do this?

just admit and tell your mom that you really don't know(that is if you really mean it) just be honest! your mom will definitely understand you... but you must say it in ur very kindest way, ok? if ur mom is a good one, she will understand you with all her heart..
