1) Research the company you are trying to get the job with. Know approximately how many employees they have, what type of product/work/service they provide. Any major new worthy things they have done recently.
2) Show up at least 10 minutes early,
3) Dress neatly
4) Make eye contact when answering questions.
5) HAVE YOUR OWN SET OF QUESTIONS!!!
A)Ask your interviewers why they like to work there,
B) what they would expect from you in this position in the next month, 6 months, a year.
C) How they would describe the working environment.
D) Dress code
6) Be prepared to answer how you would be a benefit to their business and support with examples why they should hire you.
7) Relax!

Smile, firm hand shake w/ eye contact.
Don't wear jewlery that you can play with when your nervous.
Read up on your future employers history and HR management.
Show up early so you can relax and get sed to the aura of the place.
Good posture makes a good impression, but if you are trying too hard to sit staight, the interviwer will notice. it's okay to relax your posture A BIT. :)

first read somehting about Hr management.
Try to be on time infact 15 min before time so that u can relax.
Be postive.
What ever u say say with command and confidence.
Deny the others opnion with a postive and polite note.

Try to come across as positive, enthusiastic and honest. If you are the type that gets nervous, it might help to remind yourself that there are other jobs out there even if this particular one does not work out.

Tell them your familiar with what they want you to do on the job, such as recriutment, training, appraisal, corporate culture, compensation, and yea, you have impressive organizational and leadership skills. I believe these are the qualifications they expect from you. Thanks. btw, I am also a HR guy( in China.)
