bright colors and burmuda skinny jeans. nautica style clothing and kute flats. be a girl of color this spring!! flaunt it babe!
ps. birght colors are like yellows and papaya, red, rainbow you know. flaunt it like you own the color, it looks best that way. =]

since you're only 12, i really dont thin ou should be wearing any makeup just yet. maybe just some powder and lipgloss would be fine.
as for clothes, you could wear capri pants, dressy shorts are also in now, and of course skirts to make you feel extra girly when you want to. accessories are always important so make sure you buy necklaces and earrings that you know will suit the rest of your wardrobe.

Makeup? Savvy mineral foundation get it at your local beauty supply store. BEST FOUNDATION YOU WILL EVER USE, I garuntee it. Hair and clothes? Don't ask what to do with them. Find your own style, and pick someting YOU like not what is in. (:

well most in clothes are ripped jeans (light colored or dark) light colored tight shirts with layers. mostly shop at hollister,american eagle or wet seal. those are good places.
