Your best bet is an offline password breaker (on a linux boot disk). Head over to the site linked below and read the instructions CAREFULLY - you could corrupt your entire hard drive if you're careless.

You may be pooched. When using anything like NT 2000 you should set up a dummy Administrator account for just such an occurance. Also, NT OSs aren't meant to be shut down, just how exactly do you find yourself in this situation.
