people think he's hot because the media makes people believe he's hot. after all, his name is "McDreamy". I, for one, definitely don't think he's dreamy at all.

Exactly! I don't get his appeal because he isn't that attractive to me. Now the guy who plays McSteamy (Eric Dane) is hot and sexy to me.
