You need to control your mind. You are either thinking about things that have happened in the past or things that you are expecting to happen in the future. A good start is to put your attention on the present moment. Become aware of what your senses are bringing in at this very moment. What are you smelling?, what does the chair under your seat feel like? listen for sounds you normally don't hear, like the refrigerator running or some background sound. If you can do this successfully even for a few seconds, you will feel an immediate relaxation of your muscles. This is just a start. Eventually you will be able to control your mind, which is the real problem.

I dont know what age u belong to & your life style. Whether u are working or at home. Try to spend some time for yourself like joining some yoga classes & meditation classes. There are free meditation classes held through out.You have to check out.They will be able to rectify your problem & make you to relax completely.Change your lifestyle. Dont give importance to watching TV & other unnecessary entertainments. DO work for some charity & mingle with your friends & neighbours as you will have some relief & get you in a good mood.

This is the problem of the most,the best way is to listen to some good music which soothens your mind & relax ur mind.Or indulge urself in other activities which refresh u & ur mind,for sports or read books.If u Don't satisfy then meditate,close ur eyes for few minutes forget everything only remember those which gives hapiness to you like the good things told by ur friends or remember the person u want to see

First answer my question.What is your problem.Thinking everything is problem?No problem exists in this planet without a solution.There are lot of ways to relax.But none will bring you piece until you understand yourself and then the things which you feel as problems
If you go through yourself then you may have some more questions.Write the questions on a piece of paper and read them carefully.You may get some of the questions answered.The rest will take care of by others like me if you publish them.Go ahead.All the best.

it seems u take too much panic may be ur work area is like that .
whatever is ur area one universal way of get relaxed is yoga it will give u mental peace sit down for some time and have some deep breaths listen to ur kind of music and most important dont panic at all.some body says.....
why worry when u can solve the problem?
and
what is use of worry if u cant solve the problem?

Not being able to relax is a state of mind.Will,emotion and cognition are the three aspects of the phenomenon of mind.A healthy and wholesome mind has a universal value.A harmonious development of will,emotion and cognition goes to constitute a perfect mind.The slightest inequality among these three functions will result in imperfection in the formation of character.

to relax first you will have to relax your mind. you should live a tension free life take everything lightely don't take a lot of tension and laugh as much as you can and after somedays you will fell you are relaxed and the last step is to think positive

U have to let go, in simple words, u must surrender, surrender everything to the gods, the positive and the negative, all the fruits of your action, and with no burden on your shoulder, u can find complete relaxation and happiness.

Even the fastest car requires rest. So take a rest in between your work. Do Dyana(Meditation) along with yoga. These are the proven methods to get relaxation.
