does anko have a sister cauz there is this lady in AMBU that looks ecxacly like her

No, I don't think she has a sister. There has been no mention of her having any siblings in the manga or anime. Though the story is still being made, so maybe that will develop? Anko is popular but one you get to the Hurricane Chronicals the focus shifts to the younger nin(Naruto, Sakura, Hinata, Shino, etc.)

sometimes i even read some random stuff in random sites about those kinds of things.. like from narutofan.com, sites where fanart are being posted.. but i concerned more from sites where has fanart and stuff posted...

good question.. it was never mentioned in naruto if she has any relatives in the anime..
i thought one time that she was sasuke lol.. they look alike..
