is it a boy?

Question

i had an ultrasound yesterday and the tech said "she thinks it is a boy" this makes me feel like she was unsure should i trust that it is a boy or wait to see what the dr says. 24w 5d. just want to know some other people's opinion on this.

3 of my friends were told they were definatley having boys and i was very surprised when i got phone calls after their babies were born to hear them say "guess what its a girl".

So you can imagine my thoughts when after my 2 girls were born and i was pregnant with my 3rd baby, they told me i was having a boy...of course i was so excited but after my friends results i didnt quite believe it....... when my gorgeous son was born the first thing i asked was"is he a boy"... and he was! so basically i guess no matter what they say you can never really be sure.....

i'd say keep the tags on any boy things you buy.........and of course as long as its healthy right....best of luck!!!!!!!!

Well i would say if she said she thinks its a boy she saw something there but it could have been a finger.. It does happen!! trust me on that one.. I would check with your doctor and see if he can tell you a little more..
Good Luck to you, And its usually always a guess unless the baby is spread and they can totally see.. Either way your gonna have a beautiful baby!!

At my doctor's office, they don't even tell the doctor if it is a boy or a girl, they give the doctor measurements and such but not the sex. They are only checking for abnormalities and to them sex is not important, only the health.

I would assume it is a boy becasue they are usually right, but prepare for a girl, becasue they can be wrong at times as well. Good luck!

if she thinks it is a boy then it probably is a boy. of course, you never know for sure until the baby is born. but the techs are trained and they see this stuff all the time. so, i would trust her judgment. congratulations! :)

Oh My God! I'm really proud of you.Just be patient , and you'll find out if it's a boy or a girl. Anyway, I wish you the best , and I hope that everything will be just OK!

I'm trying to make sure mine is a girl. My tech said she's pretty sue it's a girl but there never are 100%'s. So I don't know. Do you have your ultrasound pics. These are my girl ones maybe it'll help if you compare them. I am looking to compare mine to others to.
