Is it normal to have a harder time with thinking and being slower the older one gets?

I'm talking about...by the time one is 20. Harder to think things out, slower at common sensical problems that normally took you seconds as a child that now take you a few minutes or more....

No. Just more cautious.

Hopefully one can see more facets of the question at 20 (and 30, 40, etc.) than at 10. More possible consequences to your actions too. The older you get the less black and white your world view should become (it's all shades of gray-lol), unless of course you truly ARE stupid ;-)) Good Luck!

It's normal. The thing is, the younger you are, you're just learning things. The older we get, those things that they're learning now, we forgot it, cause we're learning the next things we need to know about. Like they say, "you learn something new everyday." Which is true. Like with your question, you're getting new info you don't know about. They say it's impossible to "remember everything." Unless you're born with a special gift.....

I believe it's true. Just wait until 30. Things that were simpler at 20 aren't the same now at 33. yet, i am definitely wiser, much much wiser now at this age and smarter then I was ten years ago!

Yikes, I don't want to hear about your memory and thinking process when you're 30, 40, 50, 60, 70!!!!! Oh wait, at the rate your mind is going, you won't have any.
