we have decided to name our girl Haylee Anne Marie. we arent sure how we should do the middle name tho. we arent sure how we feel about the four name thing......so what do you think, that it looks better spelled Anne Marie, annemarie, Anne-Marie, or AnneMarie? and do you think that the one with the hyphen would be to much trouble (like always having to tell people it has a hyphen!)

i would just leave it the way you first wrote it. i wouldn't combine them since they are two separate people and a hyphen just seems silly b/c it doesn't need to be hyphenated and you wouldn't really need to tell anyone the whole name much after she's born. i think it sounds beautiful and i am SOOO jealous that i didn't have a girl!! i was gonna name my baby hailie jade but i had a boy. good luck and congrats!!

I think that Haylee Anne Marie is a beautiful name. AnneMarie looks better. It sounds like a sophisticated name. I think that the hyphen would get a little annoying at times. Don't listen to the person that doesn't like the name Haylee. You should go with what you think is best because you don't have the same opinion as the people answering this question. I think you should leave it as Haylee Anne Marie. The hyphen would be confusing, putting the two names together then capitalizing the first two letters of the names is also confusing. It's a pretty name, but keep the names separate!

I would name her Hailey Ann-Marie. If she wants to drop the hyphen on her own then it isn't a big deal...
I think that the name is long enough with the "e" on the end of Ann.
I prefer the spellings Hailey and Haley over Haylee. Haylee looks very trendy to me. I think that the other spellings are classier.

I wasn't aware Haylee was a hard name to spell. Also Haylee is a little girl name of this generation. By the time she's older there will be a lot of Haylee's the same age as her. I like Haylee Anne Marie the best. No Hyphen.

It's really three separate names... by combining two middle names, you're setting her up for a lifetime of explaining how it's all spelled... especially if you hyphenate the Anne-Marie. Besides... I don't think I've ever met anyone with a hyphenated middle name...
Anyway... Do what my sister suggested before my kids were born... Practice calling her to the dinner table, or hollering at her across the house when she's a teenager in trouble... See which one rolls of the tongue best.. :) You don't want to set yourself up to lose any momentum in those moments, by getting tongue-tied on her name!!

Well, what happens if you have another girl ? Then to be fair you have to come up with three names for her to. But they are all pretty names. I like Anne Marie unless you name her Haylee to. Then Haylee Anne-Marie. That way seems fairer to the mothers since both names get to be capitalized and it sounds more like 2 names instead of three. Sounds excellent to say when she is being adoringly mischievous!
