The reasons are many and very complex requiring hours of research and study in order to evaluate global weather patterns over the past few hundred years. Only after extensive and exhaustive inquiry into the multitude of scientific data can one draw a conclusion as to whether or not there has been a decline and what it can be attributed to. Obviously we don't have the time to conduct a reasonable study in time to resolve your dilemma which in fact can only be attributed to your own procrastination. Take the zero and next time get on to the task at hand.
