I first apply foundation all over my face and down my neck.
i then apply concealor under my eyes and on my eye lids
i then cover my face wih translucent powder
i then use white mascara, then i put black mascara over it (makes ur eyelashes very long)
i then apply eyeliner
i then apply bronzer to my cheeks, forhead and chin and sometimes a lil bit on my chest if i havent had any sun in a while

Sounds pretty normal, but you don't say how much of everything you use. Just a thin layer of everything is sufficient. Make-up should enhance not be a mask or conceal the real you.

This is normal. Why dont you really ""pack on the makeup""?and wear even more and much thicker for looking very gorgeous?

It doesn't sound that bad, pretty normal. If you think you look too made-up, it is probably in the eyeliner.
