I haven't thrown up at all! and when I say stomach ache I mean like hurting, pains in my stomach. Not just sore.

I did that with my 2nd baby. My OB gave me some medication that made the symptoms go away and helped me relax. For me, it was due to tension and stress (I was well into my 2nd trimester, had been sick every day since two weeks into the pregnancy, and was crying while throwing up every morning because I was so tired of it).

Some things I found that helped in addition to the meds were almonds, smelling citrus (I liked slicing oranges and just smelling them) and getting a back rub from my husband. Basically, anything that helped me relax and take my mind off being sick.

Hope you start to feel better soon!

And congrats on the baby!

The sore to touch part sounds a little odd to me. Any abdominal pain especially during early pregnancy needs to be checked out by a doctor. sometimes its fine, others it could be something serious. So make sure you get in the doctors office even if its Just to rule out problems, sometimes that can be very serious like eptopic pregnancy. I would just see the doctor asap and confirm that everything is ok.

Yes, the same thing happened to me. I think it was because I was clenching my stomach so much though. As long as you aren't having any serious cramps or you're not bleeding along with being sore, it's probably for the same reason.

Definately call you Dr. in the morning it's probably normal stretching of the uterus but just to be safe they may want to check your levels. During the first tri. you have many aches and they only compound as you get further along. I had a similar expierence and started spotting light brown-pink with both of my kids. Dr. put me on progesterone because my levels were low. This prevented a miscarriage in my pregnacies. But like I said call your Dr. because it may just be normal stretching.

Its very common to have stomach aches without vommiting. Your stomach is growing and stretching so its normal. It will pass eventually.
