I like a good Tom Collins. Crown and coke is a second favourite.

It's made with 1-1/2oz southern comfort 1/2 oz dry vermouth 1/2 oz of sweet vermouth, shake with crushed ice and strain into a cocktail glass and add a cherry.

I like a southern comfort manhatten but don't have many very often.....they make my head hurt in the morning and generally lead to bad behavior....oh...and don't forget the cherry...yummy!!!
