macs obviously suck yet people keep saying their cool why?
i am really confused

Crazy Buzy Princess i now understand their crazy
this isn't personal preference
macs are horribly frustrating and windows are much less simpler which is good
windows are complex but at least they take care of everything

Because they do. They work, they don't get viruses. They're better made, they last longer, and they look better. They also have a better OS (Tiger) and don't run windows and all it's assorted garbage and fixes - their OS is always much further ahead than anything that Microsoft comes up with (which is always crap and has to have multiple fixes and patches). Mac owners are way more satisfied with our machines too - but don't just take my word for it - check out PC Magazines satisfaction survey at http://www.macnn.com/articles/06/08/23/apple.tops.pc.mag.survey/ - " Apple today topped PC Magazine's 19th Annual Reader Satisfaction Survey with the most reliable PCs, offering the best support when things go wrong. "Look no further than Apple, the leader of the pack, whose overall score holds steady at 9.1." Apple also managed to cut repair rates this year, scoring 8 percent on units needing repair down from 11 percent last year. "Among first-year systems, it's only 5 percent. That's nothing less than astonishing." Apple also took first place with regard to notebooks, scoring 9.1 out of 10. "This year, yet again, the Mac is a Readers' Choice for notebooks as well as desktops."

They are speaking the truth, Macs are very reliable i have been using Macs for 10 years and have not seen any major problems on the machines i have owned -- this is not a fallacy.
Seems there is a lot of "Mac Bashing" here , but it is simply because those individuals have never used a Mac, and are simply ignorant , i have used PCs and Macs and prefer Apple Computers.
And it is true that Macs don't get viruses , OS X Tiger also has a built- in firewall that is very reliable and can be easily monitored, good luck to the hackers out there !. :)
Do yourself a favor and go to the nearest Apple Store and ask a consultant at the Genius bar about your concerns.
They will verify what i have told you.

It is thier hate against Microsoft Windows.
Secondly the new Mac OS Dolphin has developed much better than the previous versions.

They have buyer's remorse, and are embarassed about it, so they cover it up with poorly produced commercials that appeal to their Holier Than Thou mentality.
