actually i what i heard today is the university of Ballarat has undergone the balsk list of Australian education. so i wanna make sure of it as one of my fren is studying ther .

Can you inform me where do you get the information from? I have been monitoring Australian education news and has not heard anything about University of Ballarat being blacklisted. Are you sure that this is not blacklist against SPAM filtering or news issues?
BTW... University of Ballarat is located in the state of Victoria, abt 3hrs from Melbourne. Not in Sydney.
