Phobos (fear) and Deimos (panic) are natural companions of Mars, the god of war. All the planets and their moons are named after characters in Greek and Roman mythology.
Mars, for example, was the God of War, Mars the planet is red which is kinda the color of war (blood and all). As for Uranus's moons......not going there!
