All of them until the 70's. When All in the Family first came out, it challenged the censors, for example, prior to that time, you could not show a toilet on TV. Leave it to Beaver had an episode where they were supposed to flush a fish, but the censors wouldn't let them show the toilet. Then in the 70's, Norman Lear (the producer) changed all that.
