if you are a huge fan of a team how do you take tough losses not as hard? And keep it from effecting your mood and get yourself to stop thinking about it?

Man, I KNOW what you mean!!!! I like to bet on a few games from time to time, no big money, just 20-25.00 bucks , but I make about 10 parlay bets from that (2.00- 3 team parlays and teasers) And yesterday Florida was in about 8 of those bets and today I had Phoenix in 8 of my bets and they both lost!!!! It was crushing to me cause the teams within the parlays with those two WON. I could have been up about $140.00 from $25.00!! I'm also a Laker Fan to the heart (Can't bet them :), you just have to tell yourself, tomorrows another day, and hope they learned from each game and get better. The Lakers being up 4-1 to Phoenix last year then Losing!!! It hurts, for a minute, but as all pain it subsides and then goes away:) GL pal

There's no easy way other than to say "there's always next year and be optimistic."

I am a hardcore Kansas fan and when they lost in the first round last year after winning 15 of their previous 16, I was as angry as I've been in a long time. I was punching walls and screaming profanity. I realized that there was nothing I could do but try to enjoy the rest of the tournament, and look forward to next year, where Kansas was projected to do quite well. Was it easy? No. But it was the best I could do.
