What is that website where you upload a pic of your face and create a dancing person?

There is a name for these people..you go to the website and upload a pic of your face and then you can add it to a body (like a soccer player, cowboy, etc and make it dance). Its driving me crazy because I cant remember what they're called!

I think they're intended to be added to your cell phone.
