You can't. You have to use iTunes to transfer or delete files from the iPod. Apple designed the iPod to only do this through iTunes.

sadly...i dont think its possibly...although, you can delete songs from a on the go playlist, ONLY if it hasnt synched with your itunes...and it would only delete from the playlist but not the ipod. my suggestion is if u dont like a song, just give it a low rating and delete it when u open ur itunes

Unfortunately Apple has software blocks so you have to use iTunes to basically do anything with your iPod. Good luck and if you find a way, let me know!

I found a costly way*^*^*^*^*^**^*^*^*^*^*^*^*
1. you break your i pod in half
2. shake the insides
3. hope the song you wanted to delete came out and no other
4. Buy some really good tape
5. wrap...!@!@
