at least an hour a day, if you are serious. it will pay off. the more you practice the quicker it will pay off but if you've just begun you have to let your fingers toughen up a bit first.

Lesson's what? You mean lessons? Learn English. As for guitar, classes are usually an hour, maybe hour and a half, but that's when your teacher shows you things & tricks, so you actually play about 45 minutes - 1 hr. and some change.

well if u play for lessens all you have to worry about is how ur instructor wants you to learn over the week

all you really need to know is power chords, (ask ur instructer if you can learn power chords before the other real chords)

all the good nirvana songs are power chords,
misfits songs are all powerchords
danzig (guy from misfits) songs are all powerchords
yeah
oh yeah if u like "12 year old pop punk" green day songs are all powerchords too

I practice almost all day sometimes ,but mostly 2-3 hours
