i have new engine d15b...and when you are running like in 3rd gear and suddenly slow down the engine is like kicking and feels like going to stop starting

Whoever installed the engine didn't do his homework. Is the engine the same model that came with the car and did it come from the same type of transmission. It sounds more like a fuel mixture problem. A vacuum hose or a gasket could be leaking or the fuel pump may be not the same as your new engine is suppose to have.
Did the speedometer stop working after the engine was installed?
The cable may have been damaged or if it's electric your new engine might not have the hardware to hook it up.

YOUR PROBLEM MAY BE CONNECTED TO THE SPEEDO AND HERE IS WHY. ENGINE SPEED AND FUEL MIXTURE IS COMPUTOR CONTROLED. IF THE SPEEDODMETER IS NOT WORKING IT MAY BE ELECTRICLY CONTROLED MEANING IT TRANSMITTES A SIGNAL TO THE COMPUTOR WHICH ADJUSTS SIGNAL TO OTHER THINGS LIKE OX. SENSOR MAP AND MASS SENSOR. THIS IN TURN WILL LEAN OUT THE MIXTURE . IN OTHER WORDS THE COMPUTOR DOSEN'T KNOW THE CAR IS MOVING BUT SEES THE ENGINE SPEED AND OTHER READINGS GOING UP AND TRYS TO ADJUST FOR THAT . MAKE SENCE
