I am clumsy, I cant do any one legged strech without falling on my face. Please help.

Hello.
I used sports to help me out. All kinds of sports, especially one where you use all of you body such as basketball, hockey, skateboarding, and rollerblading. I would not suggest using weights as using them too long or too much could cause you to get water (pus) in those areas.

weights. If you can't go to the gym buy the weights that you put around your ankles they don't cost that much 2-5 pound weights. I was the same way it really helps I have mine own right now.
