Either replace the piece or work from behind the tear if that is possible. If getting behind the piece is possible you would use rubber contact cement and a piece of leather the same color or close. Spread thin layer of contact cement around the tear about 1 or two inches wider than the tear and then smear contact cement on the leather piece you are using as a patch..Give both about 5 minutes to get tacky. Press patch on one side of the tear and then press the tear together while laying the patch on the tear. It should hold it..remember rubber contact cement the brown colored kind as it is stronger..

crazy glue works great on leather... but if you cannot fix it yourself, call an auto upholstery repair person. they can fix it for 150.00 - cheaper than buying a new one...

The only way that I know would be some tape of the same color. Maybe a pillow in that section.
