I love you is so hard to say, because the phrase make you emotionally vulnerable. It is scary to put feelings out in the open, because you may be rejected.

I love you is easy to say. That's why so many young girls wind up as single moms. The young boys don't have any problem saying it and the girls aren't smart enough to realize they're getting a snow job. Been that way since time immemorial.

if you think it's that easy to fall in love, maybe you weren't really in love. sometimes it's hard to say because you're afraid of the response. wait till the right person comes along, who you truly love, it'll feel right to say it. the worst thing is saying it when you really don't feel it. love is a strong word, use it sparingly.

Because no one wants to get rejected. Everyone is scared that the person you love may not love you back.

The feeling is easy... expressing one's self is very difficult. The fear of rejection is the main problem.

well if you were doing it, and you were real hot, you would say the words over and over I love you, I love you, see that was not so hard I just said it.

because it's probably not true, it has nothing to with the fear of being vulnerable or even rejection. you only say it when you mean it. if you think you don't know but you actually do deep inside you know.

admitting that you feel that way about someone makes you open to that person NOT feeling that way in return and thus, people tend to put it off until they can be 100% sure that the feeling is mutual.
