I have hired five in the past four years and they are lazy so far.
They quit coming without notice, do less and less when they do come and one was ridiculously flirtatious.

Not all Latin people work as servers and those who do don't have citizenship to do anything else. The reason why their were so many tidy African American maids in the early 1900's was because second class citizenship and a lack of education minimized their opportunities. Now, after the civil-rights movement and predominately black southern schools and scholarships have been established, blacks hold higher positions.

To the guy on here who said that Carlos Mencia and George Lopez should go back to Mexico: you should know that Carlos isn't from Mexico; he is from Honduras which is in Central America.
