I would go with the 27 and the 32. I used to have a 27 inch and it is perfect for the bedroom, then u could have your 32 in a bigger room if u wanted.

well, if you have an emergency fund in the bank and no debt then go for it. buy the bigger one for the room u watch tv in the most. and a smaller one for the room u watch less tv in! enjoy

If you can afford both, then go for the larger screen (assuming all else is equal).
However, remember that we will be forced to switch to HDTV in a couple years. Sure your non-HD TV will still work, but you may need to buy a converter box. (Thanks Congress! :-( )
