Iraq doesn't have a chance against Iran. Iran is a large area.
These two Countries have fought over the years and Saddam had a lot to do about the controversy, so if Iran Militias are in Iraq, then they are there clearly to wipe out the American Soldiers and not the Iraqis. But I have doubted this story. If so, then why was a son, one of the major role players Shiite's
affairs caught at a closed border with his body guards trying to get into Iran?

Iran, and it wouldn't be pretty.

Whilst Iraq was under sanctions for a decade and a half, Iran wasn't and was buying everything Russia had to sell.

Of course even speculating is pointless. With Saddam and the Baathists gone from power, there is no way a Shiite-dominated Iraq and a Shiite Iran would go to war. Sunni's and Shiites loathe each other in much the same way that Catholics and Protestants hated each other in Northern Ireland.

Iraq... because the world would be behind them. And if the world paid no attention, then Saudi Arabia would win. They would never let Iran take Iraq... there is too much in that country for the Saudi's, namely... the sunnis.

Iran is much bigger than Iraq. That's why the US had to help Saddam all those years against Iran.
