My mother told me to never trust anyone who didnt like cats. So far she has been right. She also told me to stay away from the shy boys. Wise woman, she is.

I love cats. I have 2 of them right now. I owned 8 at one time, once upon a time. Which is weird because I never was around cats as a kid. I was always wary of them and mistrustful. That all changes after I got my 1st cat, Athena. She was thrown into a dumpster, with her brothers and sisters, behind my house. They were all dead, but she was still alive. Even though I thought I didn't like cats, I could not leave her in the dumpster. I took her home, and there began my love affair with the wonderful and mysterious animal called cat. She only lived 2 years, then she died from feline leukemia. She was born with it I guess, since she was an indoors only cat. My 2 boys, that I have now, are about 16 and 14 and I have owned them about 12 years now. Both were strays I took in off the streets. Their names are Peanut and Mr Claws. :)

Yes and if you have a friendly dog and you bring a boyfriend around and the dog get growling its not a good sign. I had a boyfriend the dog growled at and the dog was correct heard later anfter not seeing the guy anymore he was in trouble. That was years ago but point is animals have instincts humans dont. I own 3 cats they know to when to come out to someone and when not too

I like them outside, not in the house. Need them to catch the field mice and rats.

I don't dislike them but I'm more of a dog person. Cats are hypocrites. They're really mean to those pretty little song birds but then they complain if a dog tries to chomp their head.

no i don't like a sneaky animal. i wouldn't hurt one though.
if you were to shrink yourself to the size of a cup. your dog would still love you. your cat would eat you. something to think about!
